From his humanitarian raid in West Africa (1983-84) to the Universal Postal Union Congress in Abidjan (2021), Pascal has come full circle with a sense of duty accomplished, the one that led him to put himself at the service of others and to commit himself to defending a certain idea of Justice, Solidarity and Human Dignity. Because there is strength in numbers, he thanks all the beautiful souls who helped him in this mission and without whom nothing would have been possible. And because his deep convictions cannot stop at the threshold of a mandate, he is already imagining other ways to try to leave a better world to our children and grandchildren. The adventure continues...
Has the pleasure of communicating a message from Federal Councillor
on the Swiss candidates for the 27th Universal Postal Congress.
